Activity Report: OTOJIRO MEET UP PARTY vol. 5 Held

OTOJIRO MEET UP PARTY vol. 5 was held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

OTOJIRO MEET UP PARTY is an occasional networking event organized by the council for people from a wide range of industries and professions, with a focus on music-related businesses active in the Fukuoka area.

This edition was held at the Daimyo cultural venue COMI×TEN Cafe. The networking event also featured a guest talk. Music producer Kenta Matsukuma, a Kurume native who now lives in Fukuoka and serves on the council’s Planning and Operations Committee, spoke about his methods and priorities when producing music.

During the networking session, 46 people representing a broad range of genres and career stages exchanged business cards and talked. The lively gathering also created opportunities for future collaborations and performances.
