He started DJing in the 90's when club jazz was booming, interacting with many DJs in Japan and overseas, and played a major role in the dawn of Fukuoka's club scene. Since then, he has gained the respect of junior DJs with his extensive knowledge of jazz, Brazilian music, soul, funk, R&B, roots music, and Japanese rock and pop, and has been planning many events.
