The explosively pop, rock, and punk girls’ rock band Nico-Sir+ is here! Formed in 2024 by four women living in Fukuoka, the band was born from the conviction that “women over fifty can still start a band in earnest.” Armed with big dreams, hope, and ambition, Nico-Sir+ is setting out to see just how high it can climb. Determined to make women everywhere say, “That’s cool!”, the band delivers an all-original set with both rock power and irresistible charm. Members: Chiharu (vocals), Micchi (guitar), Maasa (bass), and Sakura (drums).
Formed in 2024. In 2025, Nico-Sir+ was the only act from western Japan to advance to the final round of MIND ROCK AWARD 2025. The band is active primarily in Fukuoka in 2026.
