Inspired by Whitney Houston and Celine Dion in high school, YORI began pursuing music. At 20, YORI joined a gospel choir, served as a choir soloist, and sang in an a cappella group, beginning a serious music career. After studying with a range of vocal instructors, YORI now works mainly in Fukuoka, performing at care facilities, events, and jazz festivals across Japan—more than 200 stages each year.
How to enjoy CANVAS Music Selection by OTOJIRO
Come directly to the CANVAS Lounge on the second floor of The Royal Park Canvas Fukuoka Nakasu and enjoy the performance. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each guest is asked to order at least one drink in the lounge. There is no music charge.
