18th SaiSai West Festival Special Event — Nishi-ku Community Wind Orchestra Family Concert, Admission Free
A powerful concert by the Nishi-ku Community Wind Orchestra, which has qualified for the All Japan Band Competition five consecutive times.
Part 1 reprises its Oct. 30 competition program. Part 2 includes a piece in which the audience can perform too. All you need is enthusiasm, so come empty-handed and look forward to discovering how you will take part.
