Word, an artist collective dedicated to expressing language, presents its third experimental production, Word vol. 3 Re:Re:time, at Nyoirinji Temple.
Nyoirinji Temple marks the 1,300th anniversary of its founding in four years. This dedication performance honors its hidden principal image, Nyoirin Kannon, a prefecturally designated cultural property shown only once every 12 years in the Year of the Snake. The program features taiko, erhu, jazz band, street, Latin, partner, ballet and contemporary dance, and art.
